Privacy Policy

Effective Date: July 6, 2026 Last Updated: July 3, 2026

DJSC, LLC ("DJSC," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you visit djsc.net (the "Site"), submit an inquiry or request for proposal, subscribe to our content, or otherwise interact with us. It also describes your choices regarding that information.

This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through the Site. It does not govern client or end-user data processed by DJSC in the course of delivering contracted Services (e.g., Accela Civic Platform managed services, Salesforce for Government configuration, Jira Service Management support) to government agency clients — that data is governed by the applicable Service Contract, Managed Application Services Policy, and any accompanying Data Processing Addendum or similar instrument executed with the client.

1. Information We Collect

a. Information You Provide Directly

  • Contact and inquiry information: name, title, organization, email address, phone number, and any message content submitted through contact forms, RFP/RFI responses, or email correspondence.

  • Newsletter or content subscriptions: name and email address if you opt in to receive DJSC thought leadership content, white papers, or case studies.

  • Recruiting or vendor pool submissions: resume, professional history, or capability statement information, if voluntarily submitted.

b. Information Collected Automatically

When you visit the Site, we (and our service providers) may automatically collect:

  • IP address, browser type, device type, and operating system;

  • Pages viewed, time spent on pages, referring/exit pages, and click patterns;

  • Approximate geographic location derived from IP address; and

  • Information collected via cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 4 below).

c. Information from Third Parties

We may receive limited information from professional networking platforms (e.g., LinkedIn), business directories, or referral partners in connection with business development activity, consistent with those platforms' own privacy terms.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information described above to:

  • Respond to inquiries, RFP/RFI submissions, and requests for proposals;

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Site;

  • Send requested thought leadership content, white papers, case studies, or newsletters (with an option to unsubscribe at any time);

  • Evaluate potential engagements, contract opportunities, and vendor pool or staffing submissions;

  • Analyze Site usage to improve content and user experience;

  • Maintain the security and integrity of the Site; and

  • Comply with applicable legal, regulatory, or contractual obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

3. Legal Bases for Processing (Where Applicable)

Where applicable data protection law requires a legal basis for processing (e.g., under the EU/UK GDPR for visitors outside the U.S.), DJSC relies on: your consent (e.g., newsletter opt-in), the necessity of processing to respond to your inquiry or take steps toward a contract, and DJSC's legitimate interests in operating and securing the Site and pursuing business development.

4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

The Site may use cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies to:

  • Remember preferences and improve Site functionality;

  • Understand how visitors use the Site (analytics); and

  • Support essential Site operations.

You can control cookies through your browser settings, including blocking or deleting cookies. Disabling cookies may affect certain Site features. Where required by law, we will present a cookie consent mechanism allowing you to accept or decline non-essential cookies.

5. How We Share Information

We may share information with:

  • Service providers who perform functions on our behalf (e.g., website hosting, email delivery, analytics, CRM), under contractual obligations to protect your information and use it only for the purposes we specify;

  • Professional advisors (legal, accounting) as needed;

  • Government authorities or other third parties when required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of DJSC, our clients, or others; and

  • A successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to standard confidentiality protections.

We do not share Site visitor information with third parties for their own independent marketing purposes without your consent.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal information collected through the Site for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, including responding to inquiries, maintaining business records, and complying with legal, accounting, or reporting obligations. Newsletter subscriber information is retained until you unsubscribe.

7. Data Security

DJSC implements reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information collected through the Site from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Given DJSC's work with government agency clients, we take data protection seriously across our operations; however, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Privacy Choices and Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information;

  • Object to or restrict certain processing;

  • Withdraw consent (e.g., unsubscribe from newsletters) at any time; and

  • Request a copy of your information in a portable format.

To exercise these rights, contact us using the information in Section 12 below. We will respond consistent with applicable law (e.g., the EU/UK GDPR, and applicable U.S. state privacy laws such as the New Jersey Data Privacy Act, where they apply to our processing activities).

California residents: To the extent the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended, applies to DJSC's processing of your information, you may have additional rights to know, delete, correct, and opt out of certain disclosures. DJSC does not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

9. Children's Privacy

The Site is intended for business and professional audiences and is not directed to individuals under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. International Visitors

DJSC is based in the United States, with an additional office location in Carriacou, Grenada. If you access the Site from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States or other jurisdictions where DJSC or its service providers operate, which may have data protection laws different from those in your jurisdiction.

11. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or platforms (including client platforms such as Accela, Salesforce, and Atlassian/Jira products, or social media platforms such as LinkedIn). This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third-party sites, and we encourage you to review their respective privacy policies.

12. Contact Us

If you have questions about this Privacy Policy or wish to exercise your privacy rights, please contact:

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. The "Last Updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be posted on this page, and where appropriate, notice will be provided through the Site or via email to subscribers.

Note: This Privacy Policy addresses website visitor and general business-contact data only. Data DJSC processes on behalf of government agency clients in the course of Accela, Salesforce for Government, or Jira Service Management engagements — including any citizen, employee, or constituent data within client systems — is governed by the applicable Service Contract, Managed Application Services Policy, and any Data Processing Addendum or Business Associate Agreement specific to that engagement, not by this Site-facing policy. DJSC recommends periodic legal review of this page, particularly if the client base expands into jurisdictions with additional state or international privacy law requirements (e.g., GDPR, additional U.S. state privacy statutes).
